School Development Plan for 2016-7

At the end of every academic year, we evaluate our performance in a number of areas and decide what we need to do to be even better the following year. For academic measures use both our internal data and data produced by tests to track attainment and progress.
For other areas, we use a range of evaluation techniques including monitoring outcomes, parent survey responses and observations from children and from staff members.
We also need to respond to new government initiatives which may have an impact on our direction.
Using all of this information, below are the main focuses for our development for 2016-7:

Leadership and Management

Subject Leadership is developed and has a positive impact on standards.

To introduce Wrap Around Provision before and after school.
