Thank you for your interest in Courtney Primary. In 2019, we were judged by Ofsted as Good in all areas. Academic success is important to us, but equally we want our pupils to leave our school ready for life in the 21st Century with confidence, resilience and the ability to be adaptable to the changes ahead. "Leaders implement a broad, stimulating curriculum, which includes a range of experiences to enthuse pupils in learning." Our staff team care deeply about their responsible roles within the school - be it pastoral, supervisory or academic - and work extremely hard to get the best from, and for, each individual child. Our school motto ‘Nurture, Inspire, Flourish’ gives Courtney a clear purpose and helps cement our sense of teamwork and togetherness. "The school has a strong community atmosphere, which promotes pupils' enjoyment in learning and appreciation of the efforts of others." If you are interested in finding out more, you can find our Prospectus for 2018-2019 in the 'News' and 'Prospective Parents' sections. You are very welcome to organise a visit to us if you are considering joining our school family. Ms Georgina Scott, Headteacher
